Next morning dawned clear and not so hot. We decided to go back to San Telmo for the Sunday fair/flea market. We saw some interesting art...
And tried on some handmade shoes (Carlos still regrets that he didn't buy a pair)
The streets were full of people
and the windows full of interesting displays
and the shops full of fun stuff
Funny! "Basura" means "garbage"
and more tango
I bought an interesting gadget. Can you guess what it is?

it's a scalp massager/scratcher! Works pretty well, too! Please ignore thinning hair photo below.
We found a lovely small restaurant for lunch
where the menu was on a chalkboard
and the waitresses were young and perky
and the food was delicious.....
before...
and after....
dessert - lemon souffle and espresso
After lunch we kept exploring San Telmo. We stopped in an interesting building with lots of small shops and galleries.
that used the old facade as part of the renovation...
This artist/gallery owner took videos on the street of people dancing to music they picked. It was terrific. One of the videos is shown on the monitor between us.
Linda tried on this felt coat
and I loved this apron...
which says "Eat more chicken"
We straggled home, full and tired. Linda needed to get a good night's sleep for the next day at the studio.
